Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"A Marbella favorite we kept coming back to! We visited this restaurant several times during our stay, and every visit was just as good as the last. It’s perfectly located on one of the most beautiful streets in the Old Town, so yes—it can get busy and you might have to wait, but trust me, it’s worth it. Over multiple visits we tried: tuna tartare, pil-pil prawns, mini burgers, patatas alioli, patatas bravas, and of course padrón peppers (not on the menu, but we asked—and as newfound fans of this dish, we were lucky to get them). Each time, we paired our meal with their sangria. After trying it once, there was no going back—it’s perfect. Highly recommend this spot, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Marbella!"
"Nice place for dinner! They have good cocktails and lots of food options. It’s more international than Spanish, but that was fine. We really liked the beef carpaccio and the mini burger with fries. The pasta with chicken was simple but tasty. The staff weren’t very friendly or attentive, but we still enjoyed the meal. We only had to wait about 5–10 minutes to get a table, which was much better than another place where we waited 30 minutes. The place is small but really pretty and popular. Overall, we’d recommend"
"Awesome tapas! The Mini burger was especially great and the salads were fresh and beautifully put together."
"Mia Café has a really nice location with a welcoming vibe. Everything felt right, the atmosphere, the food, and the service all came together for a pleasant experience. While it was very good overall, it wasn’t quite perfect for me, so I’d give it a solid 4 stars."
"We stumbled upon this charming little spot in Marbella's old town and absolutely loved it. The tapas were delicious — especially the Spanish omelette and the cava sangria was perfect. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best places we’ve eaten at during our trip. Highly recommended!"
"A real gem of a tapas place in the heart of Marbella. It’s a small venue with around 50 seats between indoor and outdoor areas, but the service and overall organization are excellent. The meat is particularly good and full of flavor. The owner, Álvaro, is very welcoming and always happy to share helpful recommendations. Highly recommended!"
"Great location and atmosphere. Service was friendly, and the order was out fairly quickly, considering the rush hour. I was expecting more vegan options, but the vegan burger was an ok pick. The hummus didn't taste anything special tbh. Prices were affordable. Cars are not allowed to enter the old town, parking putside can be challenging."
"Very good aglio & olio pasta. Also had Mias signature tea for dessert and it was perfect."
